We are a fast-paced, high-end luxury retail boutique searching for a team member to assist the Chief Sales Officer/Owner of the business with prompt and consistent support.
-High-level execution of support tasks including but not limited to:
-Efficient and functional organization of both physical & digital materials utilized by the executive
-Streamline, systemize, and document procedures and templates for repetitive tasks and workflows
-Liaise between all departments including sales, inventory, procurement, accounting, operations, and marketing with clear and constant communication
-Communicate with vendors and clientele with the utmost professionalism, while deeply listening and always keeping the goals of the boutique top-of-mind
-Manage the workload of the executive by identifying and delegating tasks and client or vendor interactions that can be performed by yourself or other team members
-Performing all of the above tasks and more in a fast-paced environment with speed, efficiency, a positive demeanor, and poise.
