Over the past two months, we have received dozens of phone calls, emails, and messages from people who are frustrated that they cannot get in contact with "Deja Jewels" or that they have placed an order and have not received anything.
We are Deja & Co. Exquisite Jewels, a fine jewelry boutique with a brick-and-mortar location, and we are in no way associated with "Deja Jewels".
Unfortunately, if you search for "Deja Jewels" online or even call information to get their number, you will be given our number instead, since our names are so similar. Many of these people first saw an ad on Facebook, Instagram, or a pop up in another app, and the ad is promoting a "store closing sale" or a "buy one get one free" promotion for a butterfly earring cuff (pictured).
We do not sell anything in this price point, as we only sell fine jewelry with real diamonds, gemstones, and noble metals.
Given what we have heard and based on our own research, we don't know of any way to get in touch with the company. As of April13th, 2022 the phone number on their website is unreachable, and we have not been able to find this area code in the US. In some cases, Instagram users have told us that our logo and information is showing after they make a purchase. This is absolutely horrifying to us. They may also be using a different name other than "Deja Jewels" on Instagram.
We do not sell online. We never request your credit card information online. We are a brick-and-mortar store and purchases are made in person.
We are in the process of reporting this potential scam and fraudulent use of our logo and information to the appropriate authorities, and will also be taking action by filing complaints on consumer protection websites like the Better Business Bureau.
