We are looking for someone who is passionate about people, jewels, and retail operations to help grow the Deja & Co. brand as our next Operations Associate.
Nestled in the Saratoga foothills, Deja & Co. is a destination boutique that attracts a warm, loyal, and discerning multi-generational clientele. As the Deja & Co. Operations Associate, you will work with an incredible team of hard-working, driven, and growth-minded individuals committed to providing an unparalleled shopping experience in the most exquisite setting. You will assist the Boutique Manager in the day-to-day operations that keep the boutique running at its best. These tasks will include administrative duties, event planning and management, as well as jumping in wherever needed.
Exceptional candidates will also have the opportunity to grow into an Assistant Manager role.
